The Annual Review Process

It is a legal statutory requirement for each student with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) to have an Annual Review.

The Annual Review takes the form of a meeting which is chaired by a member of the Leadership Team or the Head of Year and the invited attendees are: the parent/carer, Tutor, HLTA/ LST and where appropriate, outside agencies such as speech and language therapists, parent advocacy groups and social workers. All of the students’ subject teachers will be contacted prior to the meeting and asked to complete a pro forma (see below)
